INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

Internship is one of the oldest program that Nusa Putra University has been offering and still offering now. This program was created for foreigners who wants to experience the working environement in Indonesia but also for social experiences.

Internship for Students

This Internship is for Currently students and freshmen.

• Marketing:

Every intern in NPU(Nusa Putra University) has to participate to the marketing project supervised by the marketing staffs, the interns will have to promote the university by doing diverse activities such as promoting in high schools(socializing and motivating High schools students to continue their study generally but also to choose NPU), going to some local radio stations, publishing articles about NPU in the the local medias, social working in remote area(helping people in the villages using your skills) and many others.


• Assistant lecturers:

The intern will be the assistant of one lecturer of NPU to get experience and exchange ideas, but also supervise the lecturer students and give and share advises them. The Lecturer as the supervisor as well will assign specific and detailed tasks to the intern to complete.

NB: the interns assistant lecturers has to be from the same field of study or department as the lecturers

the intern has :

  • to speak English
  • to be a student or at least graduated(high school, bachelor, master, etc...)
  • open minded and sociable





Facilities

duration of 4 months : The intern got free accommodation(housing) and a certificate after the program

duration of 5 months and more : The intern got accommodation and pocket money and certificate after the program




Schedule and duration

Schedule :

  • Number of working hours per week : 30 hours
  • Number of working hours per day : 6 hours
  • Number of working days per week : 5 days

NB: he intern got to choose the days he/she have to work, everyday the intern have to start from 9:00am until 4:00pm and have a break from 12:00pm to 01:00pm(1hour break)

Duration :

  • The minimum duration of internship program: 1 Month
  • The maximum duration of internship program: 12 Month





Administrative Selection

  • Administrative selection is carried out by checking the completeness of documents and other requirements.
  • Examination of document completeness and other requirements as referred to in point a is carried out in the following stages :
  1. The administrative selection team verifies and validates the registration documents' completeness and suitability based on the stipulated requirements. 
  2. Applicants whose documents do not meet therequirements are declared not having passed the administrative selection.
  3. Applicants whose documents meet the requirements aredeclared to have passed the administration.   
  4. Applicants who are declared to have passed the administrative selection are determined as participants in the Interview StageSelection . 
  5. Information on applicants who pass or fail the administrative selection will be sent via email

General Interview

  • Before the interview, the verifier appointed by the selection team verifies the documents submitted by the participants
  • Participants cannot participate in the interview selection if the documents submitted are:
  1. not following the requirements set; or
  2. there is an element of document falsification.
  • Participants who falsify data or documents cannot re-register for all scholarship programs.
  • Participants take an online interview
  • Interviews were conducted by a team of interviewers who were appointed by a selection team
  • Participants who are declared not passing the interview selection can register in the following year.

Genusian Internship

This internship is open for everyone.


Our company offers a great opportunity to do an internship program in marketing in our private college .Promoting local marketing, the intern will gain a valuable experience both nationally and internationally. The marketing strategy to promote our college has the purpose to increase student enrollment, so the intern will have the opportunity to visit around 100 schools in Sukabumi region, experiencing and learning culture habits and social life in Indonesia. On the International marketing, the interns will promote the college to get many international students to join the course on internet marketing provided. Beside marketing, the interns will also assist English teaching lessons for Our College Students, helping them to improve conversational skills. During the weekends interns can visit many touristic places in Indonesia. Sukabumi is a Province known for being a nice surfing and white water rafting spot. The Province is also known for its green sea turtle and protected areas.
